Aim Increase the number of people receiving ART among risk groups population who are HIV- positive and need treatment.
Target group HIV -positive representatives of risk groups: injecting drug users, their partners and sex workers.

This project aims to establish an effective system for diverting and support of HIV-positive persons from risk groups (especially IDUs) between NGOs and regional AIDS centers in order to achieve a positive impact on the epidemic and prevention of AIDS and premature death of people living with HIV by providing timely and unimpeded access to health care, including ART. It is a process in which the social worker - case manager consistently accompany the client after receiving a positive test result for HIV, help in the formulation in clinical records, (if necessary) helps in getting the specific treatment (ART). Case manager helps  to understand the situations that arose in connection with the diagnosis of HIV infection and contributes to a client specific medical services and support to specialized HCF.
